About the Event JULY 30 - AUGUST 1, 2009 The Gathering of the Guard is the Patriot Guard Riders annual national gathering. There is currently over 167,000 members. It is difficult to determine just how many will attend this event but if even 2% of the total membership were to attend we would see 3,400 attendees. In addition, there will be a Healing Field erected next to the GOTG venue with a goal of approximately 5000 American Flags and the American Veterans Traveling Tribute, an 80% scale replica of the Vietnam Memorial Wall. This and our great support from our military, veterans, and biker organizations will draw huge local interest as well. In all, we expect at least 50,000 attendees to visit the event! The vendor/exhibitor area will be open and free to the public.

Non-Profit and Military Exhibitors
We have designated a number of spaces for non-profit support organizations and military. These spaces are free of charge and will be decided and issued by our committee. Please contact our Vendor Coordinator if you would like your organization considered for one or more of these spaces. Due to the high number of free non-profit booths already requested, we are now only accepting applications for consideration of free space and will be putting them on a waiting list until we have more of the paying exhibitors in place. |

Businesses Eligible To Become Vendors
Most types of businesses that cater to the biker crowd and general public are eligible to become a vendor at our motorcycle event. There are some exceptions. We cannot allow the sale or give away of tobacco products, food, beverages, firearms (but knives are okay), or any material deemed offensive or inappropriate by the promoters of the rally or the management of the Weber County Fairgrounds. If you have questions regarding your eligibility, please email our Vendor Coordinator and she will be happy to answer your questions. |

| Food & Beverage Vendors
The GOTG Event Committee cannot bring in any outside food and beverage vendors to the Weber County Fairgrounds. The Fairgrounds Management has exclusive rights for all food and beverage sales at the Fairgrounds venue. |

Vendor/Exhibitor Areas We have a variety of vendor/exhibitor spaces available to meet all types of needs. We can accommodate from a small 10 x 10 space to large 18-wheelers. All spaces are outdoor. |

Exhibitor/Space Selection and Reservation If you are a non-profit, or military organization that would like to be considered for free space, please contact the vendor coordinator before you begin your application process.
